本来需求是想要和Mac一样的切换逻辑，研究了半天似乎无法实现，只能用上述方式曲线救国。
Ctrl Shift Alt 作为太多修饰用的键后经常不知道当前输入法是什么，已经win下反人类的切换逻辑导致很多时间花了10来秒才能切换到正确输入法（场景是已经在一个窗口下输入英文代码、中英文符号等中文注释的场景下），看到issue里有人贴了这一段代码，非常想要这个功能（尝试研究了一下PowerToys，似乎也没找到完美解决方案）。
