Documentation: better documentation on the differences between vars and values.

Based on my own experience and feedback from the community there seems to be a need for better documentation outlining the differences between using vars and values when supplying input variables to Terraform modules.

A new page in the documentation outlining these differences would be a great addition to the project and would help avoid confusion.
