Problem

We (Fleet) don't have a great understanding of what problems a .ppkg solves and what kind of organization uses them (large/small, mostly macOS/mostly Windows).

Potential solutions

Create a public Google doc that describes the problems a .ppkg solves and what kind of orgs use them.
