Problem
Remote control capabilities (a la Teamviewer, VNC, etc) are a staple functionality of Help Desk-enabled systems.
As an IT admin, I want to continue to use tools that I am familiar with in order to do my job. I'm not as familiar with creating scripts, nor is it part of my skillset as a Help Desk Level 1 IT admin.
If I cannot remote into an end user system to accomplish a variety of tasks (like installing an app for a user that is not an admin, or fixing a printer driver), I'm forced to escalate the issue to a Help Desk Level 2 or 3 colleague, who has that scripting knowledge. There are not enough L2 IT admins to meet this need.
This request is to provide the ability to Remote control a macOS, windows, or Linux device via the Fleet UI, or launch a session via API or fleetctl.
