Add a tag element.

$.tag = function(name, options){ ... }

before:

<div id="hoge">Test</div>

script:

$("#hoge")

    .gat()
;

after:

<div id="hoge">
    <a href="http://example.com/" id="home", class="foo bar">

    </a>
</div>

Add new tag element.

$.tagset = function(name, options) { ... }

before:
