功能建议：选中目标语言时不弹翻译框 #116

选中目标语言和第二语言，或者选中的文字中以目标语言和第二语言为主的话（因为现在很多都是中英文）不翻译

我们平时读文章时，习惯用鼠标划词，或者我们选中文字复制时，一直弹框很“扰民”

有一款simple translate插件，非常好用，只是在选中“非目标语言”时才会翻译，而且翻译界面映了他的名字，超简单。。。即使复制文字时的弹框也没有入侵感。

插件功能很丰富，划词翻译部分还有几处bug，我再开个issues，其他功能很棒！

可以在设置页面选择不弹出翻译按钮，选中文字后通过快捷Alt+S键触发翻译
