See original report, #693, this is surfacing in 1.13.0 but not in 1.12.0. Using latest spotbugs 4.8.3 with maven plugijn 4.8.3.1. Presumably the issue is related to the XXE items added in the current release.

Added new issue to bring it closer attention as comment on original seems to have gone unnoticed. Stack trace on the original issue is still the same as seen. The issue has to be discovered to cause the condition. Its working otherwise.

I reported the same problem in #727. It was fixed in #728, but there hasn't been a new release yet.

@h3xstream Can we get this released soon? We are getting this across all of spotbugs at this point and fielding questions on it. Since the work is done on master here, it would be great for this to get released possibly this week so we can release spotbugs modules with the fix in place.

Also got this issue, when updating to 1.13.0. Will therefore stay on 1.12.0 until release (would be happy about one)
