Description

When running a website (such as Youtube, Twitter, etc.) as a PWA, the scrolling seems to be running at a lower refresh rate than the main Firefox instance.

Steps to Reproduce

Install and site as a PWA on a system capable of 120hz. Scroll using trackpad. The refresh rate seems to be about half (60hz).

Environment

  • Operating system: macOS Sonoma 14.3.1
  • System architecture: M2
  • Installation method: Firefox Add-ons
  • PWAsForFirefox extension version: 2.10.1
  • PWAsForFirefox native version: 2.10.1
  • PWAsForFirefox runtime version: 123.0
  • Firefox version: 123.0

Can you check if this also happens if you install new web app into a new profile, and if you download normal Firefox again from Mozilla and try there?
