Numbers not matching

I have gotten FeedHQ running locally on a server, and I exported my OPML file from feedhq.org. After deleting all the feeds from both to start fresh, I imported the file on each. However, after letting both feedhq.org and my local instance sync, the number of articles pulled do not match up. Some on feedhq.org update quickly. I can't find a way to log what mine is doing to see if there are any specific errors I should be aware of. Is there anyway I could further research this?
