like the full node http api : https://developers.tron.network/reference/delegateresource-1
BODY PARAMS "Permission_id" which used to multi sign.

There is same error with #6 (comment), when multi signature.

就像完整的节点http api： https: //developers.tron.network/reference/delegateresource-1 BODY PARAMS“Permission_id”用于多重签名。
