Implicit https protocol in URLs #152

IMO the default scheme should be HTTP and if the server supports HTTPS, it should be redirected. Not every website supports HTTPS. |
That's fine, the main thing being that it does not fail with a partial URL with implicit protocol |

My first real attempt to use this I assumed there was something wrong with my installation because I would submit addresses like
github.com
rather thanhttps://github.com
and after adding thehttps://
