Follow XDG Base Directory specification for .terminalizer dir #169

There's a specification on linux where directories and files should go for users.
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/XDG_Base_Directory

It would be ideal if terminalizer would follow that so that it reduces clutter in the $HOME dir, i.e. $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/terminalizer instead of ~/.terminalizer
