总共有两个问题，一个是服务连接失败，项目部署无效
还有一个就是servlet.service() for servlet spring-mvc 异常， java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect
还请大神帮忙看一下

有具体异常信息吗，整个异常栈信息
