Hello, thanks for creating a clean and wonderful app. I've some suggestions that I think will make the app more feature-proof.

A skip OP button
An option to set default video quality in the settings
An option to set default playback speed in the settings
Migrating to Media3 from ExoPlayer.

Also, I noticed that Aniwave has stopped working. Please consider all of my requests to implement. Thanks again.
