Allow to define a custom textfile_collector dir #4

It would be great if the textfile_collector directory could be chosen freely, e.g. via command line option. This makes it e.g. easier to use on R/O systems, using /run, /tmp or an external drive.

Ah, probably too simple to replace the METRICS_FILE variable in the script 😄.
