Sign images for docker container #137

To make this container more trustworthy, it would be nice to add the trust data to docker.io.

$ export DOCKER_CONTENT_TRUST=1
$ docker pull fabfuel/ecs-deploy:1.10.0
Error: remote trust data does not exist for docker.io/fabfuel/ecs-deploy: notary.docker.io does not have trust data for docker.io/fabfuel/ecs-deploy
