Trying to open the sdram project to synthesize it with Quartus II 10 and 13 both give this error.

Error (125048): Error reading Quartus II Settings File C:/Users/Admin/workspace/RISC-V/f32c/rtl/proj/altera/de0nano/sdram/glue.qsf, line 185
Info (125063): set_global_assignment -name OPTIMIZATION_MODE "HIGH PERFORMANCE EFFORT"
