example-load.sh is creating a lot of different 'stress' process PIDs making the examples difficult to understand #17

Typically inside docker containers there will be just 1 process doing cpu/memory/etc activity.
Not a lot of identically-named instances of "stress"... we must create a more self-explanatory example.
