Android: Scroll selected verse into view after onscreen keyboard is shown #854

Given I select a verse
And I open the tag panel
When I enter a filter term so that the on screen keyboard is showing
Then the verse should be scrolled into view because it may be hidden due to the reduced vertical screen space.
