There is supposedly a new flag in CMake to not run MOC and UIC in a blocking way, as it is now, but not sure which one it is. All I could find is this: https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmake/cmake/-/merge_requests/1632
Though we don't use AUTOMOC, so this probably doesn't apply. Afaik this is just an MSVC setting for those files.
