flipbook view should be less fancy #130

the 3D flipbook view is a nice idea, but ...

in my case it conflicts with hypothesis annotation
where i want to select text to highlight or annotate
but clicking will flip the page

also it looks horrible on slow machines

expected:
show navigation boxes left and right of book
no fancy 3D effect on page flip
similar to slideshare.net
