Detected voice problems in Safari (mobile and desktop):

safari can't send voice message.
Removing this line partially solves the problem -

telegram-react/src/Components/ColumnMiddle/InputBox.js

Line 1816 in afd90f1

audio.oncanplay = () => {
safari can't play voice message after opus encoder.
Please help to solve this problem.
