Cannot catch an error with a provider listener...

Hi, how do I listen for network errors?

• I start running a local blockchain
• I set up the provider.on('error', handleError) listener
• I send tx and I stop the local blockchain during the tx
• Nothing happens in the listener....

In such case the process is just getting stuck forever... But I don't need a way to unstuck it, I need to listen for provider network errors
