Apologies, I have been in university and don't run this full-time, so I can't really look at it often. It's likely related to the framebuffer patching. See https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/config-laptop.plist/kaby-lake.html#add-2 - you may need to try a different value. |

hi bro, what an excellent job you did for an old machine like x270.
I've been using it with Macos Monterey, thanks to other contributors here on Github.
And I saw you posting this amazing work. Sonoma on X270? It's like a dream come true.
So I gave a shot, but with no luck.
I got mine with CPU i5-7200U, i can't figure out how to even boot with your EFI's.
I just made an installation USB with Macos Sonoma, and put your EFI into the EFI partition.
After rebooting, booting into the USB drive doesn't show anything.
It's just complete black.
Could anything have been wrong??
Perhaps the CPU difference causing this??
Any help will be very much appreciated.
Hope you have a wonderful day.
Thanks!!
