Have espeak stop saying the alphabet name before characters constantly for non-latin alphabets

I will try to explaine my problem with this with an example:

1. open e-speak tr voice (Turkish language)
2. Try making it read the following text: Привет, как ваши дела?
3. You will notice it saying cyrillic before each character
4. Please make it stop saying cyrillic before each character, as it makes reading the text very difficult.
5. As a solution, have us select a language that could read the Cyrillic or non-latin characters in the given language, or it should read the characters and stop speaking the alphabet name for each character.
   I hope I could explane my issue clearly.
