📑 Feature Request: Specify System Requirements for models

Model giving null output because of low memory(RAM)

Describe the solution you'd like.

• We can specify System Requirements or the amount of RAM a model uses in the metadata of the model
• Then we can have a module(maybe a memory-checking logic within the Docker entry point script of the image) in Ersilia that can check the user's system specs vs model requirements and throw a friendly error if the user's system spec is not up to the model requirements

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Also maybe if during testing a model and a particular fetch mode seems to work better maybe we can make that fetch mode to be the default fetch mode for that model.
