Windows Python bindings

Hi

I am encountering issues while trying to import the library into Python on Windows. Despite following the instructions in the WINDOWS.md file, including setting -DENABLE_PYTHON="ON", I successfully built and installed the library. However, I am unable to locate the _pythonX.Y\site-packages_ directory within the lib folder.

Could you please advise if I might be missing a step or if there are additional configurations required?
