WebGLRenderer.createProgram Strange error message

I'm getting this error message trying to use enable3d as a phaser extension:

Uncaught Error: Link Program failed:
Cannot load program binary due to changed renderer string.

This is weird because I haven't changed any 3d related code since the error started to show in the console. Any ideas?
