Fix airflow provider info file name hardcoded

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Airflow didn't limit the module name where the custom provider get_provider_info function is located.
But in airflow_provider_package_catalog_connector.py, there is a hardcoded file name.

Remove get_provider_info.py.

Get file name from the configuration.
