[Mobile] Low quality of the recorded mp3

When recording on a mobile phone I noticed some distortion in the sound.

in computer it's working great.

Same as @binlux . When recording on Samsung Galaxy S7 device, the sound is distorted and breaks. I have tested four browsers, and only Firefox works smoothly. Also note that recording works smoothly on iPhone and PC (I have tested).

System: Android 8.0.0
Browser working smoothly: Firefox 106
Browsers with distorted/broken recording: Chrome 107 & Edge 107 & Samsung internet 19

We are seeing this too. The longer the recording goes on, the worse it becomes. The drop-outs lead to clicks, which can make the recorded audio pretty painful to listen back to.
