Frozen playback in cutting and review area

After scrubbing back and forth multiple times to find current start time, the playback has frozen and I cannot click on Play. All other options can still be used. Although time of playback is at 00:01, when cutting either start or end, cuts to 00:09.

When uploaded to Opencast Server, duration is 00:00. The downloaded video plays normally.
