Doesn't work when favicon is simply present in root directory #137

Same in Firefox. Might be worth mentioning on the website and the README. |
Same issue when you define a .ico favicon in your head section. |

One of the ways to insert Favicons to all the webpages is to simply include favicon.ico in root folder of website (and then there is no need to make any code change in any webpage to include favicon). However, favico.js doesn't seem to work with this approach (atleast in Chrome).
