on version 0.16.4 after restart vscode, the opened php file in view is not work at the beginning

charset = utf-8
indent_style = tab
indent_size = 4
end_of_line = crlf

I worked around this issue by building from source, as this issue is fixed in 0.16.6, but it is not available on marketplace.
