Review example notebooks

The ConsIndShock example notebook https://github.com/econ-ark/HARK/blob/master/examples/ConsumptionSaving/example_ConsIndShock.ipynb has an empty plot in cell 16, it supposed to be plotting the consumption function @alanlujan91 does that look right to you?

The FrameAgent notebooks have too much text in output (all dictionary output, finished cycle ....) and the plots seems to be overlapping in draw_frame_model.
