渲染大量数据时页面卡顿 #152

一次性显示300条数据时，页面2秒加载时长，但是页面会卡顿，设置了wait: 20, layoutAnimation：false，但是没有效果

2 秒是比较符合预期的时长，卡顿具体指什么？

@Ovilia 滚动条滚动的时候，图表还未渲染完时，页面是不会滚动的，直到渲染成功后才可以
