macOS bottles do not contain docs

Not even tutorials or examples. Furthermore this means that the current tests always build sumo from src and do not pour the bottles because they are started with --with-examples.

We should either use the sumo-src-git.tar.gz when building head or at least always build the examples and install all the present docs. Furthermore we might need two tests for the release. One which pours the bottle and one which rebuilds from src.
