[RFC] Support Jsonnet format

First congratulations and thanks for this great library.

I believe it'b be awesome if one could benefit the strength of dynaconf and the dynamic features (variables, conditionals, etc.) of Jsonnet.

In behalf of the few core maintainers, I'd like to give the feedback that we won't be able to prioritize this any time soon, but we're always open to contributions (also, I'm available to help as I can).
