Refrigerator ice maker having a moment/not working

Our ice maker is having a moment and appears to be making the occasional ice cube (like 5 a day) but generally not working.

I think you determined @nelsonic that this sometimes happens when the freezer is kept open for too long.

I don't know how to reset the ice maker to see if that resolves the issue...

I can take a look at it later when I’m back @home ⏳
But in the first instance I think the fridge just needs to be power-cycles (turned off & on again) to reset it. 📴🔛
Also, we should consider changing the water filter. 💭

I've cycled the power on the fridge at the consumer unit ("quadro electico"),
it appears to be making ice:
