Ventilation and air conditioning maintenance

As per #99 (comment), it's important that we have a maintenance contract in place for the ventilation and air conditioning.

We need an initial status check of everything and then a maintenance contract.

Francisco from AVACPORT will be calling me next week to organise an initial visit.

In the meantime I'd like a couple of other quotes as I know AVACPORT are very busy at the moment and from our experience, a little on the expensive side for the service provided.
