Notero is not functioning #478
Comments
Hello, I'm getting this, too.
I'm seeing this error in the console:
Could be related to this: #51, as this is on my work computer, which has ZScaler installed for security purposes. I'm not able to check https://api.notion.com/ because it redirects to notion.so now. Is there another place to check for an API connection? |
@olgabot, thanks for that info! I think ZScaler is a good guess here and related to the VPN issues discussed in #51. Is your ZScaler setup using Secure Internet Access (ZIA)? If so, I think that intercepts secure connections like this one we're trying to make to the Notion API, and I imagine it could result in this behavior you're seeing. I'm not sure if there's anything we can do about this within Notero. Are you able to discuss this with whoever administers ZScaler for you to see if they know how to resolve this? |
Closing this for now. Please feel free to reopen if you're still encountering this issue. |
Hello, I installed and set up according to the guide, but I have been unable to synchronize. The zotero error report shows: TypeError: NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource.
My Zotero version is Zotero 6.0.30, and the Notero version is 0.5.15.
