REDUCED_CPU_BLOCKS on Teensy 4?

Is there a version of code that supports REDUCED_CPU_BLOCK on Teensy 4?
In havent been able to find a good answer searching through commit messages and the revisions.md

I expect the answer to be no, since the Teensy 4 support came after the REDUCED_CPU_BLOCK addition, and the latest versions have the support functions for REDUCED_CPU_BLOCK commented as referred to in #86
