At the moment the licence will not be changed. Can you highlight what makes it restrictive as this is a very open license? @georgberecz |

Hello everyone,
First of all, thanks a lot for putting in the work to compile these great datasets. This is very much appreciated! :) Without a doubt this is the best data source for SA COVID data.
I would love to use these datasets to integrate them into a global dataset, but unfortunately the CC BY-SA 4.0 license that the data is under prevents this, as it is incompatible with some other open licenses used for public COVID-19 data. For example, the US datasets from https://covidtracking.com/ are released under the Creative Commons CC BY-NC-4.0 and are, therefore, not compatible.
Would you consider changing the license to something more permissive to allow for these use cases? E.g., MIT or Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License?
Best,
Georg
