Unified settings has this nice feature:

This seems like it could be a good way to gather feedback from users about issues they face using the feature.

I suspect that the checkboxes send telemetry.

Clicking the link at the bottom opens the "Report a Problem" web page without anything populated in particular, beyond the default info.
