Description

The Recipe window on the Edit recipe page cannot adaptive.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Deploy https://github.com/rachelkang/recipeSearch to windows machine.
2.Click "My recipe" page and "Korean Egg Roll" page.
3.Click "Edit".
4.Add content to the Recipe window.

Actual Result:
The Recipe window on the Edit recipe page cannot adaptive.

Expected Result:
Recipe window can adapt to content size.

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Not a regression, it can be reproduced in the latest 8.0.3&8.0.21.
