Description
The description for ERROR_INSUFFICIENT_BUFFER is not correct, it should be "
pcchPostPolicyReferenceIdentityis too small."Also, it is unclear about what is set to out parameters when ICLRHostBindingPolicyManager::EvaluatePolicy method returns ERROR_INSUFFICIENT_BUFFER.
