We should use 'App' instead of 'Application' to be consistent in Visual Studio.

Changing the title of the Aspire starter project
b077e8d 
tempalte from '.NET Aspire Starter Application' to
'.NET Aspire Starter App'.
This is more consistent with Visual Studio.
