Does the config reload automatically?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm considering experimenting with setting up https://xtermjs.org/ with the Setup Wizard for a quick and easy web ui. I'm wondering, does iSponsorBlockTV reload the config automatically when it's modified? Or does it need a restart?

I've tried modifying the config and watching the log, and didn't see any message related to config reload, so thought I'd ask.

If config reloading isn't a thing, then consider it a feature request (that I might PR when I have time)

Right now it requires a restart, but hot reloading could be implemented.
If you want to experiment with xtermjs, taking inspiration from textual-web might be a good way to start:
