In more recent versions of Python, these two strings should be raw strings, otherwise Python will emit a Syntax Warning every time gdb is started:

eigengdb/eigengdb/__init__.py

Line 89 in c741ede

regex = re.compile('\<.*\>')

eigengdb/eigengdb/__init__.py

Line 184 in c741ede

regex = re.compile('\<.*\>')

Easy fix: just convert '...' to r'...'.
