Create a few alternate stylesheets. Allow user to chose one (via the "Settings" page or a layout footer?) Remember selection in the session. Record changes in the db for review.

Switching implemented in the layout's html header. How to do immediate switch when user makes new choice? (via static page reload or dynamic css reload?)
