--access-token flag ignored when removing registry #1396

Thank you for raising this bug. Unfortunately this is a known issue with doctl that requires significant work on our side to fix how contexts are handled. We will try our best to get to this but currently we don't have a timeline for when we can address the context issue. Thank you for your continued usage and support for DigitalOcean's official CLI |

Describe the Issue:
if I switch context
doctl auth switch --context Hyper_Example
and if I use token form Super_Example workspace
doctl registry delete --force -t XXXX
token will be ignored and doctl will delete registry from current context in this case it will be form "Hyper_Example" (not Super_Example)
Environment:
doctl version: doctl version 1.97.1-release
OS: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS (WSL)
Installation method: curl binary from GitHub
Additional Details:
No trace to provide as it's not making any requests
